Laing

Partnering in all aspects of our business is fundamental to our strategy and business philosophy. We seek to enhance the value and manage the risks of operating overseas by establishing strong alliances with local investment and delivery partners. Our partners are increasingly diverse. They include leading contractors, financial institutions, local authorities, government agencies (e.g. the Department of Health) operators and other developers.

We particularly seek ongoing partnerships that enable us to transfer and enhancebest practice from project to project and sector to sector.

Joint ventures

An example of a John Laing joint venture is the 50:50 partnership between John Laing and Pinnacle Regeneration Group, called Regenter, with the express purpose of bidding for, investing in and delivering housing led, community based regeneration schemes.
