A-Modell roads programme 
Detail: Laing Roads is a member of a consortium set up to bid for the A-Modell programme, a series of major Autobahn improvements and reconstructions.  
  
Austria  
Ostregion Paket 1, Vienna / Lower Austria 
Detail: With consortium partners, Laing Roads is bidding for Package 1, the first of the five Austrian PPP roads Packages. 
  
Spain 
Between 1969 and 2001 Laing was a shareholder in the Europistas consortium.  

John Laing is or has recently been actively involved in bidding in Austria, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland and the USA and is preparing for upcoming PPP programmes in other markets. The company has recently opened offices in the Czech Republic, to give access to emerging markets in Central and Eastern Europe, and Canada.
