The project comprises of the refurbishment of over 1,000 local authority homes, and the possible redevelopment of high density tower blocks.

This project is an exciting one as Brockley has a large number of conservation areas, and the challenge for us will be to upgrade the homes to decent homes standard whilst keeping them within the style of the area. The concession will run for 20 years.
