Tim’s objective at Equion FM will be to build on success to date and to grow the business to a turnover of £25m by December 2005, delivering services to 100 properties. This will mean growing the current employee base of 200 to over 300 in this same period.

He said today: “Equion FM has a first class reputation in the market place for service and quality and I’m delighted to be joining the company at this exciting phase in its development. We intend to expand the business organically, developing long-term operational contracts through the delivery of fully integrated facilities management.  We already have a strong presence in the public sector and we aim to replicate this success across commercial markets.”

Tim will be based at Equion’s head office in Victoria, London.
