John Laing partnership announced Preferred Bidder for Kent development

The joint venture between investor and developer John Laing plc and developer Gladedale will now work in partnership with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to develop a detailed masterplan to develop the centres of Royal Tunbridge Wells, Southborough, Paddock Wood and Cranbrook.
