The project comprises of the refurbishment of over 1,000 local authority homes, and the possible redevelopment of high density tower blocks. 

This project is an exciting one as Brockley has a large number of conservation areas, and the challenge for us will be to upgrade the homes to decent homes standard whilst keeping them within the style of the area.
