Financial close for NHS Forth Valley

John Laing Social Infrastructure, a division of John Laing plc, has reached financial close on its project to develop a £300 million new acute hospital at Larbert, Falkirk for NHS Forth Valley.

David Hardy, managing director of John Laing Social Infrastructure commented: "We are delighted to have reached financial close on this project.  We are working closely with NHS Forth Valley to make their vision for the new hospital a reality and we intend to provide the population of Forth Valley with some of the most modern hospital facilities in the UK."

Serco will provide soft FM services and construction will be carried out by Laing O'Rourke.
