- To reduce annual staff turnover across the Company from the 2007 level.
Management and Development of Talent and Potential
- To introduce new initiatives for identifying and nurturing talent and potential and succession planning.
Training and Development
- All employees to agree and complete at least two training and development objectives during 2008. (These should be agreed as part of the annual appraisal process or for new starters as part of their three or six month review process).
- The Management teams of each Business Division and Function to ensure that the achievement of these objectives is supported and monitored to ensure their successful completion.
Staff Motivation and Reward
- 100% of staff forms that are reviewed as part of the annual appraisal are completed and returned.
- To review the Company’s remuneration arrangements and working arrangements to ensure that they remain effective and competitive.
