Equion Facilities Management Ltd, a division of John Laing plc, has appointed Ian Rogers as Commercial Director.

Ian, who officially took up the post during the Summer, joins from Mowlem Aqumen Property Services.

Ian will join the Equion FM Board, working closely with Managing Director Tim Grier in the areas of commercial contract negotiations, risk management, supply chain improvements and procurement. 

With previous roles including Commercial Director at Chesterton Workplace Management and Senior Commercial Manager at Amey Business Service Limited, Ian brings with him over 15 years experience in the FM/PFI sector and extensive experience of both practical operations and the bid process.

Commenting on his appointment, Tim Grier, Managing Director of Equion FM said; “Ian’s skills and experience will prove invaluable as we grow the Equion FM business and expand both our portfolio and the range of projects we bid for.”
