Jamie Kerr has been appointed as Laing’s first Property Director, to develop property initiatives for the Group and realise opportunities related to the Laing Rail and Equion portfolios.

With previous roles including Development Manager at Thornfield Properties plc, Investment Director at THI plc and seven years with Sun Alliance, Jamie brings with him over 15 years experience in creating and delivering successful, profitable, large scale developments.

Commenting on his appointment, Jamie said: “I am extremely excited at this new challenge.  Laing, particularly Laing Rail, has a wide range of opportunities and projects to be capitalised on and are ready to be progressed.”
