JLCT matches pound for pound, generally up to £1,000, money raised by employees through their own fund-raising efforts for a charity of their choice, subject to JLCT’s criteria.

The ‘make a difference’ scheme supports charities or voluntary organisations where a member of staff, or their immediate family is actively involved.

In addition, JLCT will support existing staff or their immediate families if they have a serious problem, such as needing to adapt their house through a disability if no other alternative sources are available.
Applications are accepted from staff at any time throughout the year.
