The LUL Connect project is a concession awarded to Citylink Telecommunications Limited by LUL to take over the existing radio and telecommunications systems on the London Underground, replace them with new systems and operate them for 20 years.
The concession is effectively operated through sub-contractors - Fluor Enterprises for the provision and installation of new systems and Thales (formerly Racal Services) for operating and maintaining the existing and new systems, with Motorola as a third key subcontractor.
