Training and development

We are committed to creating an environment in which all staff are encouraged and supported in their professional and personal development. Individual’s training and development needs are reviewed on a regular basis and a range of development methods, from attending training courses through to supported practical learning, are widely used.

As part of our commitment to learning, we have our own In-Company Training Programme. The aim of this is to offer business-focused training and development that ensures all staff perform and contribute at their optimum level, supports the development of talent and potential for the future and assists with the retention of staff.
