Lisa is a recently retired founding partner of HgCapital, where she played a critical role in growing the business between 1999 and 2017.  Prior to this, she was a Director, Strategy and Business Planning at LucasVarity, an automotive and aerospace conglomerate between 1996 and 1999, and held a number of senior roles at management consulting firms between 1984 and 1996.  Since 2002 Lisa has held a number of non-executive positions across a range industries, including SHL, Iris, Disabled People’s Employment Corporation Limited (aka Remploy), Visma AS and Team Systems SA.

Current External Appointments
Lisa is a non-executive director of Arbor Education Partners, Ticketer, SAM Labs and Smoothwall.   Since 2016 Lisa has also been a Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Impetus, which provides charities with core funding, the expertise of a dedicated investment team and access to a world class pro bono network.
