In December 2022, we agreed to acquire three core infrastructure companies in Ireland (Towercom, Valley Heathcare, and the Convention Center Dublin) from the Irish Infrastructure Fund.

Long-term holders and active managers

Our sectors include transportation, energy and utilities, telecommunications and social infrastructure. However, we are not sector but risk / return driven, and will review other sectors where we see opportunities and have capabilities. We take majority or significant minority stakes, actively manage assets and hold them for the long term.
