Investment Approach
We invest across the spectrum of development, in construction and already operational assets, and across a range of sectors.
We directly source, bid and invest in PPP projects, forming or joining syndicates with contractors and other equity providers. We also invest in core infrastructure businesses and platforms.

Long-term value across the investment cycle
We invest in physical assets that are less cyclical or correlated to the broader economy with long term, predicable and resilient cash flows. We take majority or significant minority stakes, and actively manage assets. We are not sector-driven but are risk / return driven and will review adjacent sectors where we see opportunities.
We have invested in 150+ privately financed infrastructure projects in 15 countries since the 1990s.
