One of our differentiators is our active asset management approach. We believe in delivering infrastructure for the common good. It is also the best way for us to protect and enhance our investments.
175 years of delivery
Our hands-on, operational approach is grounded in our 175-year history of infrastructure delivery. On many assets, especially greenfield projects, it extends to John Laing providing senior members of management teams located in major project locations such as Denver, Boston, Toronto, Rotterdam, Perth and Brisbane. Our infrastructure projects are highly visible within the communities they serve and we appreciate the importance of making a positive social and environmental impact throughout the lifecycle of an investment. This forms a crucial part of our licence to operate.
